Mission Statement

Texas Investment & Retirement Associates (TEXAS IRA) is dedicated to improving the financial lives of Texans. Our goals are to:

  • Increase financial confidence and independence
  • Enhance and safeguard retirement income
  • Preserve family, individual and business assets
  • Preserve the financial future of minors and dependents
  • Promote greater understanding of the economy and financial markets
  • Lessen the impact of taxes on retirement accounts, estates, income, and asset growth
  • Foster and support wealth accumulation

TEXAS IRA believes these goals are best met by taking the time to understand the unique needs of each client, and then implementing an individualized strategy. Ongoing monitoring, personalized service, periodic reviews, and when necessary, re-balancing of investments are key ingredients to our approach. When appropriate, Modern Portfolio Theory, which advocates proper asset allocation and diversification, is utilized. Our organization places great value on knowledge and information and therefore, prioritizes continuing training and education for all associates.

Code of Ethics

All of our associates have agreed to follow a strict code of ethics:

I will never put my personal interests above that of my clients.

I will continue my education throughout my career, in order to help maintain proficiency in my work for the betterment of my clients.

I will always abide by both the spirit and the letter of the laws and regulations applicable to financial planning services.

I will render to my clients the same service that I would apply to myself in the same circumstance.

When fee based services are involved, I will charge a reasonable fee based on the time and expertise required.

I will promote a greater understanding of the economy and financial markets to my clients, in order for them to make more educated investment and financial decisions.
